I agree with the conclusions of Dario Di Vico, set out Sunday on a very valuable analytical text that starts with the two proposed property tax, unlike article, signed Dec. 22 and Jan. 26 by Giuliano Amato and Pellegrino Capaldo. Let me briefly explain why no government, and I go beyond a simple bad preference, "I'd rather not," and instead expressed an aversion to irreducible strategic tax tool that, technically speaking, financial and political sense.

First of all, if the alternative between painful and had a one-off levy on private wealth and a very credible action by antidebito "ants," a lazy minimalist gradualism in spending cuts and other unproductive pannicelli hot, we'd be really in bad shape. The "blow dried" is, despite the interesting thoughts and good intentions of Professor Amato and Professor Capaldo, a waiver of state, cultural reactionary to move forward on the road liberal. Germany has made this leap and liberalizing reformer, has paradoxically triggered by the reforms of the Social Democrat Gerhard Schröder, then the government of national unity, then the safe and illuminated by Angela Merkel. And the results are there for all to see: the locomotive is allocated. We, especially after the launching of the historic agreement on the social relations of Mirafiori and Pomigliano, we can do the same.

I do not deny the particular problem of aggression which, as always, for reasons outside the social dialectics and parliamentary, affects the political system. I am more concerned about how and President Napolitano. And for this, since the secretary of the Pd was previously sensitive to the issue of liberalization and, despite some of its inappropriate association with the chorus of moralists screamed so much per pound, has the pragmatic culture of Emilia, I propose to act Bersani together in Parliament, in forms to be agreed, without prejudice and exclusivism to discuss a bipartisan plan for the big Italian economic growth, a government plan whose core is the constitutional reform of Article 41 months announced by Minister Tremonti, and drastic measures on the market allocation of public assets and comprehensive tax relief for the benefit of businesses and young people.
