For the first time, the City of Naples, through the synergy of the Department of Youth and Heritage and with funding from the Ministry for Youth, is promoting a project to promote the autonomy of population young people in the city. The initiative is aimed at young people who want to start a process of emancipation from the family of origin aged between 18 and 35 years, including EU and non-EU citizens in possession of a valid residence permit. New procedure for recognition of civil disability

INPS, with Circular No. 131 of 28.12.2009 , has announced the important innovations in the process of recognition of the benefits relating to disability support, civil blindness, deafness, civil and disability disabilities, introduced by Art .20 of DL 78/2009, ratified with amendments by Law 102/2009 .
The primary objective is to achieve coordinated management of the administrative and health, aimed at a general contraction of the crossing times of the process for granting benefits.
In its circular, the Institute introduced the flow of organizational and procedural implementation of the principles contained in the regulatory provisions of that art.20 and the organizational and procedural aspects of the new system.
