The National Social Security Institute (INPS) has activated the online mode for the application of unemployment. One stop shop on the Institute website, accessible through the "Serving the citizens" of the homepage, citizens will avoid the long lines at the facilities of the Public Administration for the moment, the procedure is used only for the benefit of ordinary non-agricultural unemployment with normal requirements, but in the coming weeks will be extended to other services. Requirements to use the service are the ownership of a personal identification code (PIN) and an account of "e-INPS (always get online from the same site).
